“I haven’t,” he sat back down, “but I already know what I want. The waiter should be heading over soon.” He glanced back at his menu, flipping through to look at the pictures once more.

She quickly opened her menu, flipping through it to try and decide before the waiter got to their table again.  She didn’t want to look silly by having him ready to order when she wasn’t.  She bit her lower lip as she read over the choices, quickly deciding on something simple.  ”So… uh… How as your day?”She asked, now trying to make small talk.
